We want to make you aware that our elevator is currently out of service. We have determined that the door control board has failed and must be replaced. The replacement part has been ordered; however, installation is expected to take at least two weeks due to scheduling.
Please be aware that if you book a Jay Peak Suite or Westfield Room, your room may be located on an upper or lower floor and require the use of stairs.
If you require a main-floor room, please contact the hotel as soon as possible after making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
